In easy DVD format, 1 hour and 15 minutes this whole body yoga workout is for those aged about 50 and upwards, and starts with easier Yoga exercises and gradually gets more challenging.
Beginners do the first 40 minutes of the workout a few times before progressing through to the more challenging sequences in the last half an hour of the workout sequence.
Min 0-6 – Prepare, warm up.
Min 6-15 – Sequence for a supple spine
Min 15-23 – Breath work to open and energise the chest
